The SARAH Macapá Center for Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, situated by Marco Zero, near the Equator line, was inaugurated in 2005. It is dedicated to pediatric and adolescent neurorehabilitation, e.g., cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, stroke, neuropsychomotor developmental delays, and babies who are at-risk for brain injury. Salvador The SARAH Salvador hospital, inaugurated in 1994, is located in the Caminho das Árvores neighborhood and offers care within four major specialities: neurology, orthopedics, pediatric rehabilitation, and spinal cord injury neurorehabilitation.
