The Oregon Registry has expanded to include an online component we call Oregon Registry Online (ORO). This is a statewide database that stores all submitted training and education to be verified for system use, such as the Child Care Licensing Division (CCLD) licensing needs and the Department of Human Services (DHS) Enhanced Rate Program. If you work in Oregon's childhood care and education field, myORO helps you to track, plan, and customize your professional development experience.
Understanding the Context
The first time you access ORO, we need your full legal first and last name, physical home address and phone number, personal email address, and birth date. We also ask for your middle name, ORO User Identification Number, CCD license number, CBR number, and the last five digits of your Social Security Number. What documents do I send to ORO? To help us process your training and education documentation quickly, please send only documentation that meets the Oregon Registry Training and Education Criteria (available in Resources).

Key Insights
I received my Oregon Registry Step a while ago, why don't I have PDF documents for all of the certificates or transcripts? The PDS is a summary of all training and education submitted to ORO. The annual training hours are a calculation of hours which will count for a current licensing period. These are hours taken within the facility’s licensing period. Refer to the PDS to ensure Safety Set trainings (First Aid, CPR, Food Handler’s, RRCAN) are complete and current.
